Belgian black metal entity Oerheks presents their highly anticipated debut full-length album, De Stroom. Masterminded by prolific musician Hans Cools (renowned for his work in Silver Knife, LVTHN, and Häxenijzrkell), Oerheks builds upon five foundational underground demos to deliver a sweeping, ancient black metal statement.

Spanning 4 tracks and 41 minutes, De Stroom is a concept album inspired by water and its elemental transformation of the landscapes of Cagghenvinna, the Demer valley, and the Hageland region. Sonically, the album achieves a rare balance between ethereal beauty and raging violence, channeling a tempest of glittering obsidian that reflects themes of ancient seas, rain, floods, and the eternal journey from source to flood.
